A most attractive parkland course enclosed
by the walls of the Kilmorey Estate at the foot
of the Mourne Mountains. Expanded to 18
holes in 1993, the new layout provides a true
test to players of all categories. Set in mature woodland and masses of rhododendron
shrubs, Kilkeel has become one of the best
inland stretches in Ireland and proudly hosted
the 1999 British Amateur Championship, along
with Royal County Down.
